A 'Scenius' Product Manager 👼🏼

I came across the concept of Scenius in Austin Kleon's book Show Your Work and started thinking about what it will look like for a Product Manager.

Below is my mental map for a Scenius Product Manager:

• Influence without Authority (Internal & External)
• Close Collaboration with Design, Engineering and Other Stakeholders
• Deeply embedded in Data
• Experimental Mindset
• Focus on Short term and Long term goals
